ILHS Track and Field

We believe there are many benefits for students to join our track and field program.  Participation in our track program can increase socialization skills, time management skills and improve self-esteem.  Track & Field involvement can improve both physical fitness and mental health.  We will strive to enrich each individual with experiences throughout their time as a student-athlete.  This experience will promote values that develop student-athletes.  The sport will be a catalyst for development of work ethic, accountability, integrity and teamwork.  Being involved in activities, including sports in high school can help get students accepted into college.  Consider joining the Indian Lake track and field team as a form of recreation and source of well being!
