Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Mr. Fauley is a 1995 graduate of Pickerington High School, where he was an active member of the band and emerging strings programs.  He earned his degree in Music Education from Ohio Northern University in 2000.  Leadership positions he held at ONU include field commander of the Marching Band, student conductor of the Pep Band, and section leader of the Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, and Northern Lights Jazz Ensemble.  Other organizations in which he was involved were Kappa Kappa Psi (National Band Honorary), Kappa Delta Pi (National Education Honorary), and Ohio Collegiate Music Education Association.

From 2000-2005, Mr. Fauley served as Director of Bands at Riverside Local Schools.  While at Riverside, he oversaw the band program grades 5-12, including concert, marching, pep and jazz bands.  Mr. Fauley started teaching at Indian Lake Schools in 2005.  At ILHS, he directs the Symphonic Band, Marching Laker Band, Jazz Band, and Pit Orchestra.  At the middle school, he teaches 7th and 8th Grade Band and is the assistant director of the 5th and 6th Grade Bands.  He also directs the Middle School Pep Band and is the President of the Indian Lake Education Association.

Mr. Fauley's wife, Stacey, teaches Chemistry, Chemistry II, Physics, Trigonometry, and Statistics at Riverside High School.  She also serves as president of the Riverside Education Association, is the junior class co-adviser, is a member of the building and district leadership teams, is a member of the professional development committee, and is a consultant for the Logan County Hazmat team.  Their children, Tyler, Isabella, and Kailin, are active in the Indian Lake music program.
