Indian Lake juniors and seniors are seriously considering their options for the future following the recent Logan County College Day event.
Students had the opportunity to speak with representatives from area 2-year and 4-year colleges and universities, technical schools and the military during the annual event held at Ben Logan High School sponsored by the Midwest Regional Educational Service Center.
Logan County College Day is offered to upperclassmen from Bellefontaine City, Benjamin Logan Local, Indian Lake, Ohio Hi Point Career Center, and Riverside Local Schools. A panel of speakers from two-year, four-year, state and private schools and the military also met with students to describe the various educational options. MRESC Youth Development Liaison Karen Sorreles says nearly 70 institutions were on-hand to meet with approximately 1200 local students.
