Several Lakers were inducted into the National Technical Honor Society at Ohio Hi Point Career Center in a recent ceremony. The designation recognizes excellence in Career Technical education.
New inductees from ILHS are Daric Barth, Weston Campbell, Hailey Hoffman, Makenna Hurley, Olivia Hurley, Blake Jackson, Maddison Miller, Riley Ross, Madelyn Thompson, Gavin McClure and Haley Metzger. All are members of DECA and fulfilled requirements for NTHS through OHP Business classes at ILHS.
In addition, Alex Kinney and Mara Bihn earned second year NTHS recognition. Kinney is an accomplished FFA student and Bihn excels in Business.
Finally, several Ohio Hi Point students from Indian Lake were also inducted. They are: Brynna Avila, Terra Beltz, Raelyn Horne, Miley Humble, Jaylynn Ladd and Mariah Robinson.
