The ILHS Class of 2025 earned 200 local monetary awards totaling $240,000 during the recent annual Scholarship Night. 
All the money awarded was either raised or specially set aside locally for area student scholarships.
One highlight of the evening was the awarding of the Sandy Helgeson Memorial Scholarship. Helgeson was an ILHS alum who produced the annual Nashville Hitmakers Concert, featuring her brother Even Stevens. She passed away last fall after a short battle with cancer. Daniel Wahl was the proud first ever recipient.
In addition, the family of Chloe Hodge awarded scholarships in Chloe's name to two of her classmates-Haylee McCafferty and Colten Corcoran.
A total of 40 ILHS Seniors received awards at the event. They are: Caleb Altstaetter, Ariel Brielmaier, Sierra Carter, Lyric Clay, Quest Clay, Colten Corcoran, Drake Cosby, Elly Darling, Czar Dickson, Mackenzie Dixon, Abigail Elliott, Allyson Evans, Ava Faler, Kailin Fauley, Khierstan Ferguson, Cameron Finfrock, Cameron Freyhof, Jacob Freyhof, Ryanna Gross, Adilynn Hatfield, Meya Karbowiak, Jasmine Kingery, Calvin Knief, Camia Kpabe, Madden Lillard, Kaitlyn Logsdon, Kyla Logsdon, Ciara Lynch, Jayden Martin, Svea Martini, Haylee McCafferty, Emma Meyer, Adeline Robinson, Halle Roby, Layla Shirey, Stephens Spofford, Addison Stinemetz, Cambria Tuttle, Daniel Wahl and Everett Wischmeyer.

All scholarship recipients will be designated at ILHS Graduation Ceremonies on May 23rd at 7 pm.
