Owen Kaser

School activities and awards: Meistersingers, Improv Club, Spanish Club, FFA Poultry Judging, National Honor Society and ILHS Student Section Top Fan
If I were principal for a day: I would hold an assembly with me as a motivational speaker on disabilities and being included in high school.
Favorite school memory: My favorite memories are both state runs in softball (freshman year) and football (senior year).
People who have been an inspiration to me include: I'm inspired by my family for always supporting me and making everything possible.
Lately I’ve been reading: The Golden Compass and The Little Prince for English 12
My advice to parents: Let your kids do hard things and advocate for themselves. Growth comes through failures.
My biggest regret: I regret not getting involved in Key Club activities because I didn't think I could help.
Next year I will be: Volunteering and obtaining a job within our community.

My advice to parents: Allow kids the space to be themselves.
My biggest regret: I regret not being more outgoing my freshman and sophomore years.
