Attention All athletes - This year's athletic physical day will be Wednesday, May 20 from 9:00-11:30 am at the Mary Rutan Health Center. We will be transporting you to and from the facility for your physicals. Important - You must sign up to ride the bus in the office. If you are NOT on the list, we will NOT transport you. Also, you will need to bring a completed physical form with ALL required signatures with you in order to get your physical.
