ILHS honored hundreds of academic achievers, student athletes, leaders and state champions during the annual 2024-25 Awards Assembly held recently in the high school auditorium. In addition, Mr. and Mrs. Coburn were presented special awards for their years of service to ILHS as they retire. Plus the State Champion Esports Fortnite Trophy was officially presented to the team!
Principal Kyle Wagner praised students for their hard work and thanked parents for their dedication to their students' success.
Students were recognized for honor roll, perfect attendance, leadership, donating blood, academic excellence in subject areas and more.
Senior Czar Dickson won the Principal's Award for Leadership. Senior Addison Stinemetz earned the Principal's Award for Service. Seniors Evin Parker and Kayden Taylor, who have enrolled in the Armed Forces, received a standing ovation for their upcoming service.
